Institute of Translation and Interpreting Conference 2024

The Institute of Translation and Interpreting booked us to bagpipe at their 2024 Conference at the John McIntyre Conference Center in Edinburgh. 🌍

We greeted the guests from across the UK with some Traditional Scottish Bagpipe Music. While we took photos with them, we learnt so much about how the role of translators is adapting due to the development in AI. Many translators are free-lancers who specialise in areas like marketing to science and research to veterinary and zoology. What a diverse range of extraordinary people! 💛
