FAQs

Q: How far in advance can I book and reserve my date?

Yes, we have availability for Weddings until the end of 2027. We recommend getting in touch as soon as possible, especially if your Wedding is on a Friday or Saturday. Our Mini Pipe Band package has limited availability so check your date today by filling out our Wedding Form.

Q: What is your response time?

On average, we respond within 48 hours of receiving any message or enquiry. After receiving your initial enquiry, we will set up a call to chat through your plans and send through a link to reserve your date.

Q: Where are you based and do you cover my Wedding Venue?

Drum+Drones is based near Perth in Central Scotland and all our musicians cover the whole of Scotland and the UK. We handle all travel, accommodation, food and arrangements so there's no hassle for you or your co-ordinator!

Q: We've only started planning our Wedding. Do we need to finalise a plan?

We understand Weddings take a long time to plan and are constantly changing to fit your vision for your day. We only need a confirmed date for you to reserve us. Any rough plans really help us get an idea of how we can personalise our performances to fit your aesthetic!

Q: What happens if my plans change?

No problem at all, we are very flexible in adapting to your changes. We normally ask to finalise your itinerary one month prior to the Wedding. If there are any delays or additional performances you'd like to add on the day, there is no extra charge with our All-Day Wedding packages!

Q: What if I have to cancel/postpone my Wedding?

If for any reason you have to cancel/postpone your Wedding, we offer a full refund of the remaining payment once we have received at least 24 hours notice prior to the day of the Wedding. The Reserve Your Date deposit is non-refundable.

Q: How long is an All-Day Wedding?

Our All-Day packages are very flexible in being accommodating for your timings. Usually, All-Day covers from after 10am (to welcome your day guests) until 8pm (to welcome your evening guests). For earlier starts, later finishes, and long-distance events, we require to stay overnight. We are experts in organising the arrangements so there is no hassle for you.
