Domestic Travel
Travel across the UK is £50 per hour to and from your venue. This ensures we can keep our base prices as low as possible.
International Travel
Get in touch with us about your international event. We are used to booking accommodation, travel and other arrangements for you too. We have expertise and contacts that can help us keep your price low so get in touch to see how we can arrange our trip to your venue.
Deposit Details
Our £50 deposit reserves our availability for the day of your event. This allows you to have peace of mind knowing we won't be booked elsewhere on your Special Day. You also have the option to change your plans and timings up until two weeks before the event and payment are due. For events outwith Scotland, travel arrangements including their costs are additionally included in the deposit. The deposit, including any additional travel arrangements, is non-refundable upon cancellation or postponement of the event.
Payment Details
The full payment is due two weeks prior to the event date. The full payment is fully refundable upon cancellation and transferrable on postponement of the event. If payment is not received two weeks prior to the event date, we will not attend or play at your event.
Cancellations & Posteponements
On cancellation of your event, the full payment will be transferred back into your account from 7 days of notice of cancellation via email. The deposit, including any travel arrangements and costs, will automatically be lost and your date will no longer be reserved.
On postponement of your event, you will need to reserve another date for your event using another deposit. The existing deposit, including any travel arrangements and costs, will be lost and your date will no longer be reserved. There is the option of transferring your existing full payment and its options to the new date once another deposit has been confirmed and received for the new postponed date. In the circumstance that your assigned musicians for your event are unavailable for your new event date, an attempt will be made to find replacements from either Drum+Drones or another musician provider. If the attempt is unsuccessful, the event will be cancelled.
